Topics
Submissions concerning non-classical models of automata and applications are invited for NCMA 2020. Topics include, but are not limited to:
- formal models inspired by linguistics, bio-computing, text Processing, document engineering, self-assembling, etc.
- bio-inspired models of automata and generative devices
- cellular automata
- forgetting automata and restarting automata
- automata with additional resources
- regulated rewriting/automata
- automata networks, cooperation, and communication
- quantum automata
In all these settings:
- application
- expressive capability
- descriptional complexity
- universality, self-reproduction
- decision problems and their complexity
- algebraic properties
Other related topics are welcome as well.
In particular, it should be stressed that also contributions dealing with questions on classical automata and generative devices will be considered.
