Implementation and Application of Automata

The CIAA conferences concern research on all aspects of implementation and application of automata and related structures, including theoretical aspects. It started in 1996 with a workshop on the topic and later in 2000 it got its title Conference on Implementation and Application of Automata. In 2014 the conference will take place at the Institut für Informatik of the Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen, in the city of Giessen located 70kms from Frankfurt. It takes place after NCMA (Non-Classical Models of Automata and Applications) in Kassel, Germany and just before DCFS (Descriptional Compleixty of Formal Systems) in Turku, Finland. Thus, one can attend all of NCMA, CIAA, and DCFS within a two week period.
The scientific program will consist of invited lectures and presentations of papers selected by the international program committee.
