4.1 Declaration Part (DeclarationPart)

Within the declaration part we find information concerning the dimension of the space, used registers, neighbourhood, variables, symbolic constants, and the boundary value. Almost all of them must appear in the order given here. Only the parts about constants and variables VarConstDeclaration and about the boundary value BorderDeclaration are optional. Because of the form of VarConstDeclaration it is furthermore possible to mix up declarations of variables and symbolic constants.
